Lafayette Square Conservancy: A Town Hall Meeting

Are you interested in preserving public green space? Working with city officials? Landscape design?

YLC has been offered a unique opportunity to build upon the legacy of the Lafayette Square Conservancy, a neighborhood group that coordinates government and volunteer services to maintain the park. YLC has a special relationship with Lafayette Square through its YLC Wednesdays at the Square concert series. This would provide YLC members the ability to carry on Lafayette Square Conservancy's stewardship role in the community. Before we take on this new opportunity, we want to make sure we have enough interested volunteers.
