Assists - WATS Shirts Donations

Though our annual Wednesday at the Square (WATS) concert series was cancelled due to COVID, our pre-ordered WATS t-shirt allotment can still go to a good cause(s)! We are donating these unused shirts to various nonprofits in town and are seeking volunteers for these deliveries. Shirts are located at our YLC office (Central City) and volunteers can come anytime during lunch (~12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) to pick up their allotment and deliver to one of the four nonprofits partners below:

Ozanam Inn - 843 Camp St, New Orleans, LA 70130 - Shirts will go towards homeless in New Orleans as well as those affected by Hurricane Laura. 

NO Women's and Children's Shelter - 2020 S Liberty St, New Orleans, LA 70113. NOWCS provides housing and social services for homeless mothers and their children.

Eden House - Uptown (for security of their patients, the address will be provided when registered). Shirts will go towards victims of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation whom are in need of long-term housing and recovery services.

Bridge House/Grace House - 4243 Earhart Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70125 - Bridge House/Grace House operates a Goodwill-style thrift store where proceeds are used to house victims of addiction. Patients also work on site to provide support and stability.

Once registered we will reach out and coordinate your designated allotment and nonprofit!
