Finding Your Voice Workshop featuring our 2023 Role Models Ron Stone and Scott Sternberg

Tuesday, June 27th 6:00pm-7:30pm 

“Finding Your Voice” explores the ways in which we grow our business leadership skills by embracing the unique personal stories that made us who we are, what we are, and why we are---and how we successfully share those stories with our colleagues and our clients. We’ll explore the concept of psychological safety as a foundation for sharing our stories---and for granting grace for colleagues to do so as well. In addition to the workshop, the Leadership Development Series project leaders will be there to provide an overview of the Fall 2023 Series. This workshop is similar to a night with LDS, so we encourage you to come join us and try it out! If you love it, you can apply to be apart of the LDS series – applications open in July!
