Community Volunteer Opportunity: Boys Hope Girls Hope Gala

YLC is putting out a call for volunteers in support of our partners Boys Hope Girls Hope! Lead by 2021 Role Model Chuck Roth (Executive Director), Boys Hope Girls Hope is celebrating 42 years of providing homes, education, and opportunities for New Orleans youth with a wonderful afternoon in City Park’s beautiful gardens complete with delicious food and cocktails, an assortment of live entertainment, and a special Patron Party in City Park’s Outdoor Kitchen. 

They are seeking volunteers for the event, taking place Sunday, November 13, 2022. Volunteers are welcome to enjoy the gala activities before or after your designated shift. Note that specific volunteer activity needs might shift throughout the day. There will be free parking located across the street from the botanical gardens entrance. Please check in with the registration table upon arrival for shift assignment. NOTE: Please do NOT sign up for 2 slots with overlapping timeframes! (i.e. 11:00am-1:00pm; 12:00-3:00pm).
